In this study, Pastor Manuel Martinez evaluates the way the world shows sympathy to the suffering. Oftentimes, society ends up enabling people to continue to suffer, rather than try to help change them or their circumstances. This misshapen view of "sympathy" is not the way God treats us. Out of love, God gives us the power and courage to change through His strength because He does not want to see us suffer in our foolishness.
